Finally, we leave on this note by the MHAS president,

“Ramadan is not just an abstention from food and drink, it is an exercise in patience, discipline, and reflection. As we approach the end of this glorious month, let us reflect on our first quarter of the year. MHAS has had an industrious and rewarding time with new and renewed acquaintances who promise meaningful, healthy ageing activities with our partners. There is no better time than now for our community to come together to share in each other’s joy and blessings and also to lessen the burden of those who may be suffering. All we need for that is compassion, sincerity, and a feeling of kinship and understanding. Wishing all our Muslim brothers and sisters a happy Eid Mubarak!”
