Refund Policy

I transferred the wrong amount or made double payments .Can I get a refund?

Yes. It is our refund policy that you are requested to immediately let us know of any request for refund or cancellation of payments. We require the original copy of the tax-exempt receipt to be returned to us, and for us to do the necessary bank reconciliation prior to processing any refund. It may take up to 30 days for us to process the refund.

If there’s any technical glitches, the refund will be processed as well.

Refund Process : Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.
